Do not use this agent. Her name is Lynne Hunter and she has conned at least 3 people who I know of out of thousands of pounds, stealing rent and deposit money. I took her to a small claims court for £10,000 of which I received only about |£2000 before she declared herself bankrupt and I saw nothing more. A complete con artist who tries to pretend she is innocent. Do not believe her.
