very disappointing - went this morning for manicure but the young man doing tanother manicure was busy -and phoned for help. I waited but nobody else turned up. It was a very poor experience and I felt that they treat customers with disrespect. I did enquire beforehand whether it was possible to just walk in without an appointment - that is what I did. Never again at this place. M. Barclay
