I recently took my son’s laptop to Computer Rescue after several keys stopped working. As a single parent with an 11-year-old on the autism spectrum, not having access to his laptop was causing quite a lot of distress. Ali was incredibly kind and professional. He explained the possible fixes and costs clearly. At first it seemed the keyboard would need replacing, which could have cost £250–£300 plus £35 for a temporary USB keyboard. However, after opening the laptop he discovered it could actually be repaired instead. He was honest, transparent, and efficient, and even carried out a free internal clean of the laptop and fan. Great service and genuine honesty — I would definitely recommend Computer Rescue.
