Visited to ask about having a watch strap fitted I purchased on line. I was perfectly willing and accepted to pay for the service that would have taken them no more a a few minutes to do (the shop was completely empty of other customers) However the snooty woman behind the counter spoke to me like I asked for something vulgar and refused to fit "other's" watch straps and turned her nose up at any £ business for the empty shop. She was quite arrogant and I would not recommend this stuck up rude company.
