A terrible manicure and unacceptable manicurist. I have been to Amy's nails a couple of times and had the rudest manicurist I have ever come across. I was shocked at how rude she was and also how she mumbled instructions and glared at me when I couldn't hear her. She grabbed my hand and was forceful with placing my hand during shellac application. She kept sighing and what was meant to be a relaxing experience was horrendous. I came out feeling stressed out and tense and had to ring to complain. For 25 pounds my shellac is now already coming off and I had a completely unacceptable experience. Do not recommend!
