I was very disappointed with the whole experience, I am not one for writing reviews but feel so strongly about this treatment. The atmosphere is very unfriendly , lack of understanding and communication is an issue, not once did anyone smile we felt most unwelcome. We both felt as if we were in a dentist chair . Had expected a foot soak and a little pampering , pampering certainly could not be used as a way to invite others in. A smile and nice manner is so little to ask.
