I've been coming to Pedicure Plus Kingston for a couple of years every few months mainly for pedicures but also the occasional manicure. Initially they were very good, a very helpful manager on reception who also seemed to quality check and translate and offer advice to customers. Recently unfortunately standards seem to have slipped and this is noticeable by how quiet it has become. On a Saturday morning there are only 2 staff and 2 customers and a rather unfriendly receptionist. Pedicures are fine but more basic grooming than luxury or deluxe. Polish options are limited with no up to date colours and polish quality is not great. Too much of the pedicure relies on machine rather than manual. I am now looking for a better alternative.
