Horrified to discover all the diamonds had fallen out of a £2,500 ring after
16months from purchase.
Even more horrified to discover Fraser Hart excepting no responsibility
for a product not fit for purpose.
Never before have I received such dire service.
Would rather have thrown the money direct down the drain than
lining the pocket of these crooks
