Faulty shoes - no refund or replacement, or repair.
We bought two pairs of shoes. One of them fell apart - literally the sole and heel came away from the shoe.
They refused an exchange, or a refund, telling us they couldn't do anything because of their policy.
Buyer beware!

Refused to provide refund for faulty goods!
I bought a pair of shoes 2 days ago, wore them yesterday and noticed that the stiches at the top of the shoe broke causing the top to come apart. I took them back today, expecting at least a refund and they refused saying it is their policy and they don't care about statutory consumer rights! They said they have many angry constumers every day and they can't do anything about it. I really don't expect expensive shoes to last only 1 day! This is absolutely unacceptable! Just waste of money.
