Jewellers resized a ring for my finance. When we received the ring back, there was a gap between the shoulder and the diamond. As we didn’t have photographic proof that the gap didn’t exist prior to the resizing (note to self, take photo’s of ring prior to any changes), we were charged another £25 to fix the problem. I’m disappointed to say the least.

Visited today to buy new watchstrap. Two women staff in shop. One was hopeless, unable to provide a competent service, and the other snooty woman was plain rude. The result was that they sold nothing. No wonder there were no other customers.

Visited to ask about having a watch strap fitted I purchased on line. I was perfectly willing and accepted to pay for the service that would have taken them no more a a few minutes to do (the shop was completely empty of other customers)
However the snooty woman behind the counter spoke to me like I asked for something vulgar and refused to fit "other's" watch straps and turned her nose up at any £ business for the empty shop.
She was quite arrogant and I would not recommend this stuck up rude company.
