Absolutely terrible service. Took my watch in to get the battery replaced. She has pressed too hard on the press, causing the front causing to pop off (verified by a secondary watch specialist) and accepts no responsibility. She then blamed the watch, calling it cheap and saying that she sells far more expensive ones in her shop. A lovely £120 repair bill for me.
