Just went to KT nails with my 2 daughters for a treat before our holiday. The whole time we were having our feet done the 3 technians spoke amongst themselves making us all feel really uncomfortable.
One of my daughters had acrylics on her fingers and 3 fingers were cut cut in the process.
My daughter was also rushed to pick her colour and her nails were not shaped how she wanted even though she did tell her more than once.
When it come to pay we had a full loyalty card for one of us, spending £60 on her treatments she received a £5 discount even though the card clearly says 20% off.
The other 2 of us had student discount which we’ve received there lots of times before but we were told that they no longer do it on pedicures only acrylics though on the window it still says 20% off for student discount
We won’t be going there again absolutely appalling Service
