Don't buy a house a house with them! They look beautiful and new but they use cheap materials and unprofessional builders, cheap workers. You will see soon how your property starts falling apart and get cracks everywhere.
The owner of the company sells and rent his own properties, he will just take your money and run away.
I have seen other neighbours that rented instead of buying and they aren't happy either. Luckily for them their nightmare ends after their 1 year contract.
Not recommend it at all! Don't waste your money
