Hair ruined like 2 other reviewers - opposite done to what I asked (trim). Cried most of night - cant believe someone literally chopped off 8" of hair when request for 3" to be cut and THEN pulled back & cut sides into uneven feather cut whilst he tipped my head down. Stylist actually knew was ruining it as said "just to even it all up now" before major chopping. Stopped fiance going there yesterday to confront them as I now look ugly like a 3 yr old got hold of scissors and chopped it. I think was DELIBERATE. Had to make appt elsewhere to most likely have a short hair cut JUST to even out disgusting cut as much as possible. Fiance may still go into salon behind my back to ask why it was done because now I cant wear the tiara I bought for my wedding day in 8 weeks as not enough hair left to put in up-do.

Ruined my hair even though went in 2nd time and was done just as bad. Big waste of money and was over charged 15pounds really wouldn’t recommended had to go to another salon and pay twice much to get fixed

It is clear that the poor reviews here are fake put out by competitors who charge a great deal more for their services with at least one competitor claiming falsely to have an affiliation with Snappy Snips. This beautiful independent salon is staffed by extremely caring and friendly people and this is the best value of any hair salon is Surrey and London.

had cut there yesterday guy does not understand English. He did the exact opposite from what l had asked .I said cut top and sides and just trim at the bottom .he used a razor thing and scalped me at the bottom and then went to use the razor on the top and sides of my hair. Dreadful cut . He should not be cutting hair !!!. I will never go there again and l have been going there for several years.

I love this place and had the best haircuts here, whichever stylist you have.
It's beautifully decorated and you don't feel intimidated or overbearing.
They are the best prices around so wouldn't hesitate to recommend Snappy Snips.

Personally I'd never choose to go here again. Even though I was able to get a walk in appointment easily I think it's ridiculous for the price. I was charged £20 for a dry cut without a blow dry and sat in the chair for less than ten minutes. To add salt to the sting the hairdresser was pressing me to pay before I even saw the back of my hair, and kept asking me if I wanted a blow dry (which would've pushed the service up to £28) after saying no a number of times. The cut isn't awful but I've had better, and if you're in a super rush and have short or thin hair this might be a good place, but I didn't like the sneaky hidden cost (considering on their website it says it's £22 for a wash cut and blow dry and between £12-15 for a dry cut And I was charged £20 for a dry cut) and would much prefer going to a nicer salon where they take the time with your hair and pay attention and do a wash and blow dry as well for only £25.

If you’re used to pampering and endless coffee with comfy loungers this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for a great haircut and don’t mind waiting a bit if they’re busy then this place is great.

I entered the store with the intention to enquire about a haircut and book an appointment. The gentleman working there was rude and shouted at me telling me that he was too busy to deal with my enquiry and that if I wanted a haircut I should sit and wait. No appointment is necessary. He was abrupt and shockingly rude. I was disgusted at his behaviour and he even waved his scissors near me when I was speaking with him. I would not recommend this place at all. Obviously I left the shop after being shocked at his aggressive behaviour. This was on 27 December and he has ruined all festive moods I had. A terrible place to visit with aggressive staff.

Always been happy with my haircut here, very professional, and with a dry cut they damp it down and even blow dry all for £12, remember to arrive early as you cannot book and there is usually a stream of people waiting there. Such good value when you compare with other hairdressers. Just shows how much profit the others make!

It was terrible. I visit here because of my 2years old son's hair cut. He cried because he doesn't like to get a haircut. But the hairdresser really annoyed with my son's crying. And finally he throw his comb ans said "Maybe next time." 2years boy needs time to be calm. But the hairdresser was really annoyed with that and his attitude was really rude. I'm not going to visit here again. It was horrible.
